Leon Britton says he is looking at Carlisle and not dwelling on Bournemouth ahead of Tuesday's massive game

The Swans travel to Cumbria on Tuesday knowing that victory will see them just about home and dry in terms of promotion but also pretty much the title with Carlisle their only real serious challengers to that crown.

Four points are required for promotion to be a mathematical certainty whilst victory tomorrow and in their next two fixtures will see the League One trophy proudly on display at the Liberty Stadium.

And whilst Saturday's defeat is fresh in the mind of most people, Britton insists that the Swans cannot afford to dwell on it and must look forward to ensure they get over the finishing line they have set themselves up for.

''It was massively disappointing to be one up and quite comfortable, then lose 2-1 after two late goals,'' he told the Evening Post.

''We were confident for 90 minutes and they didn't threaten us in that time.

''It was a mad couple of minutes. Everyone was disappointed with their equaliser and instead of staying focused and getting a point, we came out of it with nothing.

''One-nil is a dangerous score because if you don't get the second goal to kill them off then they always have a chance.

''But we can't dwell on things. We need to remain positive because we are a good team and have a lot to play for.'

''The Carlisle game is massive,'' he said. ''They are still looking to top the league but we have to go there and make sure we do our best.

''Even if we beat them I don't think you could rule them out of the title until it is mathematically over.

''But hopefully promotion is not too far away for us.

''It would be nice to do it at home, but we all just want to get there and do it wherever it comes,'' he said.

''We want to do it in front of the fans because they have backed us all the way. But we just want to get into the Championship and we want to get there as soon as we can.''
