Only just realised that with our recent non win at Florist (shock horror) we are now the outright leader with the record of number of games without a win at a visiting ground having consigned Grimsby into second place with their meagre tally of 28 unsuccessful visits to Blackburns ground.
So that got me thinking about other records we hold. Obviously the first one that springs to mind is the F.A.Cup where, surprisingly, we're still only joint record holders with Plymouth with an incredible 49 cup runneth over in the 3rd round games although I'm quietly confident we'll make first place our own come January.
And our 6-2 first leg lead in the UEFA Cup yet still going out is, I'm sure some kind of record.

I thought that Plymouth regained the 3rd round exits record outright again last season. We equalled them briefly when we went out with our obligatory defeat to Blackburn whilst they drew with Liverpool but they regained it when Liverpool won the replay.
