Don't want to be telling them what to do, but we estimated around £500 that went to a bar within 5 minutes of the ground could have been just as easily spent at the Globe. | |

It must be completely rammed to capacity in there every game if they can't find room for a few away fans, most places just don't let more in when it's full. Maybe they need to review the bars situation. | |

First time there and I liked it (which is more than you can say about Morecambe the town which looks like Morrissey's seaside town they forgot to close down). Tossed a coin outside the ground as we couldn't decide whether to sit or stand - both looked very good options. We stood and had a very good clear view at a reasonable price. Blackpool Col, was I ripped off? Also heard the turnstile operator next to me trying to charge £20 instead of £15, the fella did have a very small kid with him though. [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]
