If anyone needs details of how I arrived at the groupings, it's a bit like spuds-in to choose sequentially members for each group in turn, all I need is a starting count - in this case 3 as provided by MFB. Much is often said about the "Group of Death", and whilst I'm far from chuffed with where I've ended up, our good friend Durham would appear to be in the GoD this time around...
