LLoyd is a younger goalkeeper who has come through the ranks at Spotland, and has recently been a member of the first team squad.

He's been a regular for the reserves over the past couple of seasons, and he's made it on to the bench for the first team on numerous occasions. However, mainly due to the form, fitness and consistency of Matt Gilks, he has yet to make an actual appearance for the first team.

He'll be back up again this time round, but he's done enough so far to warrant a new contract being offered to him in the Summer of 2007.
