 Tuesday, 18th Feb 2014 13:13 by pompey-fans.com staff Richie Barker believes he has added pace and athleticism to his squad with the loan signing of Toumani Diagouraga from Brentford. The 26-year-old French midfielder will spend at least a month at Fratton Park and Barker is delighted. Barker told the Pompey website: 'He’s an athletic player with plenty of pace, who will get around the pitch and gives us a different option. Brentford have been fantastic to deal with and we’re extremely grateful that they’ve allowed us to bring Toumani in.' The player came through the ranks at Watford and played for Hereford and Peterborough before joining Brentford, for whom he has made 169 appearances. Discuss Pompey's win over Wimbledon on the forum.
