I Like Les , I think he has done some good things as DOF there has been things l haven't agreed on like Ramseys appointment but in the main I think he is doing a good job of turning us round
I like what he says but the problem isn't Les , JFH or Lee Hoos its the buffoons in the boardroom who have been miss managing us for the last 5 years, they are the problem,
are they really going to give it 2, 3 , 4 or even 5 years for us to get a structure in place,
as realistically that's what we need , I cant see our Tone being that patient and I don't trust him not to fcuk things up, we have been a joke under him being chairman
we still haven't got the training ground sorted , we are still lumbered with deadwood overpaid dross, we haven't sold a player for any profit , our youth team is still a joke ,
I know people will say that Les & Lee Hoos are running the show now, but TF & chums still have the final say , they want Prem football, they want OOC , I just cannot see them being patient |  |

When we have a full season without management cock-ups I might start to believe things are beginning to change. Les Ferdinand's aims are good, but he is too willing to toe the party line when the board come out with stupid statements like "Promotion is everything to me", "Austin won't leave QPR for less than 15 million" and probably other things that don't get reported.
We started this season with good achievable aims and in my opinion a manager good enough to deliver them. After intervention by the board, that was dumped in favour of three months of utter madness. Now we are back to where we started except with lost time and a manager no better than Ramsey was for the objectives we had and have now returned to.
It will take a good consistent plan and more of the recent actions and less interference by the board for a least a whole season for me to believe QPR are on the right track to again becoming the wonderful football club they could and should be, rather than the unpleasant laughing stock they have been for the last several years. |  |
