Actually think we'll finish about 12th in league, then during the summer about 12 players leave and we spend the week before kick off still trying to recruit.

There's no real infastructure on or off the pitch, no training ground, a stadium that needs major TLC and little stock on the shelves
There will however be a significant amount of goodwill

Think one of the hardest jobs is getting the youth support back. Also the Training ground panto has been way beyond embarrassing for years now. As everyone knows what the winters are like here I've never understood why building some sort of multi purpose indoor facility hasn't been mentioned. It could not only be used by the team, but also for concerts, conferences etc.... Just about every High School/University in the USA has one.
As for the Stadium, part of me thinks it might need to be rebuilt. | |

I worry at the amount of real NAPM out there. I’ve only got to look at some of the characters at work who are “NAPM”. They struggle to remember their last game when asked. | |

We have fans who have found other hobbies whilst sitting out the farce who need coaxing back
We have a shambles of a set up with no management structure and inadequate staffing at pretty much every level from the infamous tea lady to the very top
We have no commercial department of note, poor ties with potential sponsors, a coaching set up that needs overhauling, repairs that need attending to ....
I could go on but my brew has gone cold and it's back to work | |
