Maggie's is a fantastic charity, I've supported them in the past, and will continue to do so at every opportunity.
Well done to the club for coming up with this idea, absolutely fantastic.
My father was diagnosed with it 20 years ago after attending a “well mens” clinic at his GP, he didn’t have any symptoms etc. He was 63 at the time. He subsequently underwent a course of treatment at Singleton which sorted it all out. Defo worth a check.

Indeed, my mother being one of them. She went there soon after coming out of hospital nearly 10 years ago. They were marvellous and she enjoyed every minute she spent with them there. She’s still going strong. 89 next month.

So glad to hear your mum is doing well and enjoyed herself . I've not visited yet but intend to soon once my list of household maintenance chores is reduced ,there's a time table issued to each cancer patient which shows all types of activities, which has something for everyone . So when I do i'll be wearing my shirt knowing that Maggie's will be financially better off even if only for a short time

MAAATE . Its supporting a cancer charity come on sort your head out. A few of the lads have shared important stories here. Cancer is the enemy and I am proud our club has done this! Alan Curtis is a Legend so come on mate 😎 YOLO .
