Fitzhall, Vine, Dave 17:24 - Aug 3 with 1944 views

Ok, so I don’t know a lot about transfers and stuff but why cant we do the following with these 3?

Everyone keeps saying we cant shift em because of the stupid contracts they were given and no one else is willing to match them.

If that’s the case cant we sell them at whatever price a club is willing to pay (within reason) . The club then offers them a contract and we then make up any shortfall with the transfer money received .

Even if the transfer money doesn’t cover all the costs at least a big chunk of their wages will be paid. We may have to pay out a bit for someone who no longer plays for us but surely it works out better in the long run — especially if they aint gonna play for us much and we’re paying them a full wage every week.

Don’t go mad if I’m being an idiot but we really need shot of these lot, IMO
