Blimey! What an incredible turnaround it was for Derbyshire to win their game at Bristol against Gloucestershire - even though they scored only 44 runs in their first innings. Well done chaps - you played to the final whistle & concentrated on what needed to be done to win.

Next thing you know, some team will be dead and buried away from home at 0-2 in extra time and snatch a point if their opponents lose their nerve or lack the quality to see the game through.

Eh- what's that? Oh yeah- that s**t just happened to us.

Thanks anyway Tom, for selling our best (and our only "nearly fit") striker - I'm sure that'll help us to avoid yet another relegation battle.

We need real signings to build the team. You just missed another transfer window bus, so now we can excitedly wait to see which rehabs & rejects from other clubs will be coming in to counter our permanent "emergency" situation.
