QPR - State of Play
at 10:30 18 Nov 2025

Hope this spurs people on to realise how important players like Kolli and Esquerdinha are, even if they aren't the finished article right now.

Couple of lads saying 'but Norrington Davies is better' or 'his Dad is a nobhead' at the moment will be furious in 2030 when the austerity hits and we are full of 30 year olds with no sell on.

Well, without starting another thread about it, Nourry and Ben Williams and the way they've handled the Kolli stuff, telling Paal / Cook / Nardi / Field and god knows who else they aren't wanted before having to rely on them, poor morale and apparent poor treatment of admin and support staff.

Like I say, half rumour half fact, but it is what I'm worried about it and it's effect on results. JS has a history of walking away from dysfunctional clubs and I don't want to see another manager casualty here.

Reason to be positive:
We have good players and good young players and are doing better points wise than last season

Reason to be worried:
Rumoured and confirmed off fields shenanigans escalating and resulting in manager termination and player desertion.

What i'm hopeful for:
The bear pit nature of this league giving us enough points for survival and ensuring an end to this bad form. The late stage run of fitness plan from BW paying off.

Goalkeepers at QPR

Man United had a young striker named Rossi who was around just before Mancheda.

It took google to remind me which one we loaned, but it unsurprisingly turns out it wasn't the one with 30 Italy caps.

I might be getting mixed up, and it may be in the article I haven't read yet, but was this the match where we broke our attendance record?

Edit: Yes it was. Seems like an area the club is doing well in.

Another leftie at the jukebox @Disco.

Otherwise, every single line of this is incorrect and /or has nothing to do with the congestion charge or electric vehicles.

Isn't that the case for everyone though?

I'd assume we have the best knock record of all teams since 2016?

Not sure i'd swap our position / squad / manager with anyone else.

Lads, this a forum of opinions, but I genuinely have no idea how a post celebrating 8 wins no goals conceded has generated so much despair!

We are going to need to find another bogeyman.

China's emissions have been flat or falling for a year and half.

I assume this comes from a misleading Express headline here:

https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/357598/1m-migrants-skip-UK-driving-test

A) it was 1.1 million in 2012

B) South Africa (149,897), Poland (135,079), Australia (103,052) and New Zealand (56,478) make up the bulk. Hardly third world drivers, and with the exception of Poland drive on the same side as us and base their highway code on the UK system.

C) The stats are between 1997 and 2012.

D) Doesn't include those that went home, gave up their licence, or died.

Just more irresponsible rage baiting masked as journalism.
