Ferrie Bodde wonders whether he will return with Swansea as a Premier League player next season

Bodde told BBC Sport "You never know, I could be starting next year in Premier League, with Swansea

"I want to be successful with Swansea. I am still not finished with Swansea.

"I started last season with something and we got promoted to the Championship.

"Now we are busy in the Championship, but I only played 16 games.

"It's a little bit of a shame for myself that I didn't play more, but I still feel part of the team.

"I am frustrated, I can't wait for my first step on the green grass and to be outside with the boys again.

"The recovery is going well," he added. "My knee is looking well.

"I have been out of crutches for three weeks and I'm not wearing a brace anymore.

"I'm seven weeks into my rehab now and I see every week it gets better and I can do more. Everything is on schedule.

"I have to see the surgeon in London next week and see what he says about it and what the future brings for me."
