Swansea manager Paulo Sousa looks ahead to Saturday's clash at the Riverside

The Swansea City manager has ever right to be confident at the moment as he has guided his side into 4th place in the Championship table - nine places ahead of their weekend opponents.

But having seen them spoil his home league debut as Swans manager back in August, Sousa knows that things will not be as easy as maybe the league positions suggest they could be at the Riverside.

He told the Swans official website "It is a little unlucky for us that we didn't play them two weeks ago

"They had four big injuries and one player missing through suspension.

"Now they will probably have all those players back, and they have some new signings.

"But this is life, and we need to be prepared to deal with these things.

"Only the strong teams can cope with this kind of situation, and I have confidence that my players can cope.

"They always have the potential to be promoted, but it's not easy for him (Strachan) at the moment and I hope we can put him and his club in more difficulties."
