Think we can agree that tackle was and hopefully will be a ohe off. The only way kone will get back to his best is if he is playing 90 mins and more importantly scoring goals. Strikers love scoring more than anything. He ain't going to find that just training against Morrison or some kid from the academy. Get him playing in the dev/reserves etc and get him scoring. Then give him kins with the first team. Unfortunately due to burrell and possibly Lloyd being injured we probably have no choice other than involve kone every week now. |

Its not a dig at kone. More a criticism of JS who seems to refuse to use obikwu even when kone is woefully put of sorts. Kone should be taken out of the first team picture for at least a month. Make him get himself sorted, play and hopefully score goals for the dev squad and then come back. At the moment we are persisting with playing him and it isn't helping us or him. |

Lets hope obikwu scores as he clearly isn't impressing JS so he may aswell get hs agent to put the feelers out rather than sit and watch kone waffle around while offering nothing to the team. |

Think his head isnt right. His body should be fine yet he doesn't give the body language of a guy who is happy and fit.
Rumours of personal issues over the summer and he looks a shadow of the guy who joined 12 months ago. The death and resurrection incidents keep happening!! How many times has he gone down screaming, rolling around, banging the turf with his hands when 24 hours later he's running around like a child in a soft play centre!!
He needs to see a shrink not a physio. |

As an aside, I thought i was quite funny watching Sargent Slaughter (mid 90's WWF fans will know who this is!!) on the big screen doing the sign language for the players names with a picture of himself next to it. I dont get it! There was players name and number on the screen but no picture. Why the sign language? Surely a deaf person can still see?? |

You must have been watching a different player than I one i saw..his lack of effort to get back after losing the ball, which happened frequently, told me hes miles out of his depth at this level..it was his fault that we ended up going behind. Got to the halfway line, gave the ball away, watched his man then run down the wing whilst he jogged back, which led to dunne having to come across and clear the ball for a corner. 60 secs later its 1 nil.
In the second half he looked unfit and just waddled around doing a very good impersonation of paal when he was heading towards the end of his contract.
Unfortunately we created this mess..relying on larkeche to be our only senior left back who imo isnt good enough for this level to play 46 games with no back up told us everything. Luckily for us RND became available and we got him in. Hes been superb for the most part. Even RND at 50 percent is better than esqueedinha.. |

Any recommendations for parking nearby thats free?? Somewhere that will allow me to get back on the m5 without being blocked in as roads near the ground are closed for a while after the game. Thanks in advance |

An average game with 2 poor teams. We don't have any threat in the final third. Sick of watching Varane strolling around and passing the ball any other way than forwards. Why can't he carry the ball forwards?? He literally gets it and then passes it straight away. Never drops the shoulder and runs with the ball. Get morgan on. Better player technically and moves the ball up the pitch. We have enough players at the club who like a backwards pass. |

The post above about the way MC was treated is spot on. The conduct of nourry and hoos was borderline criminal and smacked of no morals or any professionalism and they most definitely broke work place rules. How did they get away with it? I heard about Nourry meddling in team selection and being in the dressing room which undermined the manager. Imo MC had no choice but to look for other employment. Any other manager would have done the same. But ppl on here and other forums treated him like beale. Look where we are now. Ended up with a yes man who couldn't scare a 5 year old!! We are a laughing stock and our fans need to wake up to this carry on. Get Nourry out before its too late. |

It was rumoured last year that nourry kept coming into the dressing room and getting involved in team selection. Thats when MC started getting peed off.
Hardly a suprise that he decided to look for another job!! |

It was so embarrassing to leave at ground after 68 mins and being 7 nil down to see the stewards and police trying not to snigger as we left in our droves. The players should have been made to walk the couple of miles up to the m6 just to see what it feels like to feel the same. |

My biggest concern is the lack of leaders. Cook is past it and shouldn't be playing. Dunne isn't a leader. He should just be left to concentrate on his own game which had many deficiencies. We still no natural right back. No senior left back.
No number 8. No one to dominate the middle of the pitch. No back up No 10.
We are a mess..sign some experience starting with Hayden. Cos what I saw today was a group of scared weak men. I stayed until the 7th goal and that was my lot. Genuinely have never seen a more gutless and pathetic display from a so called group of professional footballers. Buggers belief how they can look at each other in the eye after that sh1t show.
Embarrassing to say im a qpr fan tonight. |
