I wonder what our forebears would think - green bikes lying on the pavement or blocking entrances, conventional bikes chained to rails but with bits missing. Someone was killed by a cyclist in a London park but there were no charges that could be brought. When cycles first appeared there was a charge of “furious riding” that could be used but it must have disappeared off the statute book donkey's ago.

This has been broached before, but I was in the pub on me Jack Jones earlier so got to read an article in the paper on Sainthood. Candidates are first declared a Servant Of God. Next step - Venerable. When they perform their first miracle, they are beatified and declared Blessed. When they perform another miracle , they are Canonised and made a Saint. So, just the one miracle to go then !
