Needed to take advantage when on top first half Never happy only being one up.
Second half was a pretty terrible performance. Smyth and Demble were very weak. Vale faded which was understandable but well done him. Surprised when we scored Mbengue still to be on was strange, but even so.
Why not then bring Edwards on Dunne at right back. At least those players know that formation. Brain dead from Stephan. But even so, go down in the challenge, shield the ball etc. Zero effort at sh*thousery in injury time.
A very poor outcome but so avoidable. A depressing end that has the ability to end our season....
I am avoiding this website for the next few days for the benefits of my mental health.
Ok. Well no need to make comments about the hair etc, but its a part of who Rayan is, which is fine.
When i am looking at transfeŕ news, the only site i take any notice of is WLS, as they are factual, as opposed to spurious nonsense, which all the other reports generally tend to be.
The content is fine though on the pods for me, although Dave himself admits, being a podcast presenter does not come naturally to him, Ian McCullough said the same, and obviously Kevin Gallen gives some decent playing insights to the mix.
As an actual presentation, Dan Bennett was much better at this, when he worked for WLS, but personally i enjoy listening for the information and insights. its a new part of journalism thats come in the last ten to fifteen years and has different skills, but ultimately for me, its the content and the truth behind it, that is more relevant for me, rather than the style of presentation.
Well it's Friday night I need a fight If she don't spread I'm gonna bust her head The guy has gone mad 'Cause his chicks been had What can we do When there's four of you
Sweet F A, never gonna make it Sweet F A, people think we fake it Sweet F A, now we're gonna take it Sweet F A

Sweet F A, never gonna make it Sweet F A, people think we fake it Sweet F A, now we're gonna take it Sweet F A
THINK this is very APPROPRIATE myself - well the chorus ANYHOW !!!!
If they bring in a theme tune when VAR is considering a decision and I feel the only anthem that would suit the giving of the decision that is then made - only the THEME TUNE from JAWS would suffice !!!
I had loads from the 70s, 80s and 90s and then the Internet happened and hardly any since. The prices now are ridiculous for what they contain also.
But I think it must have been around the mid 2000s, I went from hoarder to minimalist, and I can't even remember how I got rid of, sold or otherwise of all of mine - mad moment probably !!!!
I just remember looking at the players in each game listed all on one page and seven or eight almost starting - one hundred percent of the time !!!!
Think you can read things into everyone's comments these days if you want to.
Everyone seems to want to find something to offend them.
All I saw about Kolli, was him saying all the publicity was coming from back in Algeria arounds him, and he wasn't sure it was helpful. But people can find racist undertones in things if they take things out of the context in which things are said and then gradually a social media frenzy suddenly develops with a passion.
I am 58 and I look 5 - 10 years younger than what age bracket "Wazza" appears to be in nowadays.....
There was a film out not so long ago, about a boy who aged almost a decade a year and at age 13 sadly near to death, he had the look of a 90 year old man. Baron Munchausen is the disease am led to believe !!!!
Just checked - must be thinking about something else - can't find anything...
Rooney not quite there yet anyhow !!!!
Hey there was a good chap called Les who could head and strike a ball well. Charlie Austin interviewed Kone earlier in the season. Why not get someone of that ilk in, who wants to earn a few pennies and it doesnt necessarily have to be an ex player. I wonder if the defensive coaching of Steve Bould has helped or its more the experience and quality of the defenders playing currently.
We have a goalkeeping coach, and a defensive trainer and a set piece specialist, why not an attacking head coach. Thought the head of METHODOLOGY could sort that one out for us.....
My dad in the late 50s used to do a lot of youth hostelling sometimes by bike and sometimes they used to hitch hike like they did standing outside the junction to the M4 with the simple sign "South Wales". Even a few young women I seem to remember used to hitch hike. I never picked one up. Fool that I was.
Just imagine that now, with everyone so distrustful of everyone else. I can imagine for young girls, it was just as dangerous, but probably then nothing was noticed or said.
Anyhow, I will be at junction 10 M4, with my board "Shepherds Bush"
The phrase "Little Boy in a Sweetie Shop" explained Fernandes time at the helm for QPR, perfectly. Serious lack of acumen in the football world meant we were horrendously mismanaged at all levels during his time at the club.
If we ever announce a "Legend of the Game" - as a "Marquee Signing" again, I know the road will be full of trouble ahead !!!!!
Field going, I can t see this. Too versatile and a solid player who generally very dependable.
Dunne is going nowhere. I personally would offer Cook one more year, as he still performs most times he plays, but with all the young centre backs we have, think we have a few coming through too. Is JCS contract up, if so he has to be released. Morrison seems to be the one to be leaving. Shame for me. Mbengue could be another to make money and has potential.
Varane is possible to go. Madsen sold for £6 million is for me, a poor sale, if that's what you get for Varane.
Its another one that its hard to see why Frey has not been on the bench at all.Has there been a fallout. Strange as why hasn't been sold as yet if he is on his way ??
If we play Burrell and he does well for the rest of the season, he could go for £7 million or more.
Kolli needs another season to up his value for me. Smyth is here to stay.
Chair, Vale, Poku, Saito too many injuries. All staying.
Dembele could be better, so inconsistent. Staying.
I have never put anyone on ignore here, but its deliberate provocation and he also when he does these things deliberately and the insults thrown and he has no idea what people are dealing with in their lives, he is a dangerous man.
he has the ability to be pleasant but on here he is just playing games to wind everyone up and cause upset.
i have put him on ignore.
poor old simon stainrod. it tarnishes the great mans name in my head....
Walsh is a changed man in the last three games. And also does seem to have given confidence to our centre back pairing also.
Its generally been our attack that has been so good this season. So despite these factors not going so well, as always every great team is built from the back first and Edwards here now too, so all good.
Am glad we have brought in another centre forward hopefully he can develop nicely too .
Well he is from the country but wouldnt be my ideal move.
Hope he does well though. Good luck to him. Hope he enjoys being back in his homeland.
My brother in law worked there for three months and was working and living in a compound as it was when we still had some troubles there. Got paid a fortune. I not that brave myself !!!
Responding to your articulate post Nix. Did agree with you on a few of your comments.
Yes this board and the support in general has become a little disillusioned and angry.
We have to remember the last few weeks we have had absolitely horrendous luck with injuries.
With our full squad in the cup game and the two nil nil away draws I think we win all these games.
Also as I know, you work in support services like myself and this Monday is given the name Blue Monday.
ie its a couple of weeks after xmas and new year, everyone is back at work and no sight of any holidays ahead, the weather has been miserable and the darkness, cold, wind , rain and occasional frosts mean the nights are long and so the need for QPR to cheer us all up a bit, has also not been happening.
Definitely notice colleagues of mine are all a little more changeable in mood too.
They joys of January in the UK.....
I think also the injuries have caused most of us to downgrade our expectations for the season. We were doing so well and these unfortunate avalanche of bad luck thrown our way feels unfair when we really were heading for an in or around season of success.
its all been these many long term injuries have beem so bad and i think thats where the anger has come from because its been extremely unfortunate in the extreme !!!
Just re your comments on Dembele - i think he wont get any better and also is not versatile enough either to play anywhere else.
He seems like he could be amazing but he just doesnt ever seem to do much at all, even though he most defintiely has qualities and talent. He defintiely goes missing amd does seem to lack effort also.
Regards Madsen, fair play. Like most, could not see it happening but has proven his qualities and is one of the very few players in our team who is aware of different options and can see a few passes ahead. Best set puece taker also. Should be ahead of Chair on this also.
Not for me though a premier league player but very decent at this level.
