I’d say the main reason he gets picked, is for his covering back, which fair doos to him is good. But for taking a man on, I’m sorry he’s crap, as is most of his crossing. Matos has obviously had a word in his shell like for his diving, which most referees have sussed anyway. I totally respect anyone’s views on individual footballers, and for that matter football in general. These new owners have been a breath of fresh air, and are aiming high, that in my opinion doesn’t involve Ronald as a starter, impact sub at best. |

Good battling performance against a good footballing team.
If we had 2 decent wide players from the start of the season, and the way VM has turned us around, we could have easily picked up the 6 points difference to sixth place, that Hollywood now sit in.
There was one moment in the 2nd half that summed up Ronald.
He was one to one against their big lump No5, couldn’t beat him, then kicked it out of play on the byline. |

Let’s be honest, if you are happy to have Ronald as your winger/wide man, then you have set your bar way too low. Just have a look at the EFL highlights programme on ITV2 on a Saturday, to see what’s on offer for wide players. I’d say 80% of them offer more in skill, pace and game awareness than Ronald. It gives me no pleasure whatsoever to slag off one of our own, but sorry, we have to do a lot better if we /our owners, are serious in our intentions going forwards. |

I haven’t got carried away with the victor Matos bandwagon. He’s done a brilliant job with what he’s got. But we still haven’t dealt with the elephant in the room. We are not physical enough. Until we sort that out, we will always have games like today. 80% possession at some point, and loose 2 nil. If we’re looking at going forwards as a club, this has to stop. |

Just seen the side. Must admit my heart sinks slightly, when I see both Ronald and Eom start, seemingly as our go to starting wingers.
It’s about time they both put in at least, an 8 out of ten performance.
Flattering to deceive doesn’t even describe it most of the time. |

When a new manager comes in, every player starts with a clean sheet of paper, because he probably knows very little about any of them.
Fulton in his early days used to score some goals, and has always had a good shot in him, but over the years has developed into a defensive midfielder.
The Grimes, Fulton era probably did him no favours in the eyes of some fans, but he did his job professionally, with no frills, just like it says on the tin.
So it will now be interesting to see what role Matos sees him play in. |

As I’ve said before, we now seem to have more coaches than South Wales Transport. Its going to take quite a hefty wage bill to support these guys .
It’s been said before that we are basically a selling club if the right offer for a player comes in.
Do we now expect the selling of the likes of Galbraith, as part of the process?
Or do we now have more commercial revenues in place, to help balance the books? |

If he has personal problems fair enough. But if you’re running a professional business, there will be a HR dept to take of these issues.
Why oh why haven’t we address the elephant in the room problem of his poor form earlier?
Don’t tell me there isn’t a solution somewhere in a squad of 24 plus ?
We could all see it, why the hell cant anyone in the club,sort out a glaringly obvious deficiency?? |
