Swansea City boss Roberto Martinez is looking for a positive reaction from his players after losing to Watford on Tuesday.

Defeat to the Hornets at Vicarage Road certainly was not what the Spaniard had envisaged after out performing premiership outfit Fulham just days earlier.

Not shying away from the criticism placed upon him by some quarters Martinez has taken great responsibility for the loss that ended Swansea City's 16 game unbeaten run and has placed full faith in his squad that they can win over a resurgent Doncaster Rovers side as he told the SWEP, he said “We shouldn't be talking about it now,but that record is a sign of the responsibility we have got in the squad.”

“We are the first ones who are disappointed when we don't get a result, or when we don't perform to our standards.”

"The reaction we've got in the last two years is what has allowed us to be consistent, and it's because the players have a winning mentality. “

“You will lose games. Football is played with the feet, so it's a game of errors, while sometimes refereeing decisions or other things you cannot control dictate results.”

"But if you keep doing the right things and you keep performing at a certain level, that will allow you to be competitive. That's what we are looking for now a reaction to the bad taste in the mouth we were left with on Tuesday."
