The number is based on matches that have been attended in the 2023/24 season and includes cup matches. Match purchases of games that are yet to be played do not count towards the sale criteria.

With only 2k for such an important game, they will sell out quickly, despite the kick-off alteration. It will probably get down as far as 6 or 5 aways ?
Portman Road hold just shy of 30k, yet they give us only 2k tickets. It's high time we started doing the same to these clubs and giving them what they give us - price wise, as well as allocation. |  |

If the Club thought we would fill the ground by only giving the other team 2,000 tickets, they may well be tempted to do it.
But they then risk upsetting our fans who travel away, by making it more likely the other team will do the same back to us.
The likes of Leeds, Ipswich and Norwich can do it as they pretty much always get full houses.
Quite why Birmingham did it is beyond me though.
Would be interesting to see what would happen re ticket arrangements for games with the Pomps next season if we don’t get promoted. |  |
