We were so lucky in that win. Our defending was terrible as usual, especially the second goal Liverpool scored (or the action leading up to there second goal), 3 players stood there and let the player cut inside. At least Kenny was better. Barton and SWP need to be on the bench, maybe they are tired I don't know. But they are not performing to their ability. C'mon you R's.

13 MINUTES where have I heard that before! 1975-76 Wolves 1 Liverpool 0 with 13 MINUTES to go and we would be League Champions but then Liverpool scored 3 in the last 13 MINUTES to take our title! Could those 13 MINUTES last night be the kick start our season needs and be the most important in our history?

Mackie is definitely an impact sub. I would like to see Hughes replace Barton with Buz but otherwise the same stating 11 if injuries permit. Diakite MOM for me, yes he made mistakes but he doesn't hide, he is a very strong runner with the ball and he is still adjusting to this team and this league.

And what about all the feint-hearted among'st us who left at 0-2. Still never mind I'm sure you beat the traffic so you could watch MOTD.

after 25 mins of his scandalous 'performance' I was demanding Barton be sub'd at half time ( if not before). After 47 mins when he shanked a cross into Loft Upper it was even more obvious. He was so bad I wondered if thee was spot betting going on about how low his pass completion % could go. When Hughes finally summoned up the balls to take him off it lifted the crowd and the team. Surely there's a message there ? I don't like seeing people jeered off ( even though I can't stand Barton and never will) so why not do it at half time when there's a natural break. You don't need coaching badges to see he was/is awful. Oh Ale Faurlin how we need you !

I could have stomached a loss against Sunderland after hearing they've not lost many at all at home all season. But the manner of the loss and especially Cisse's sending off is the thing that's making me feel sick...how near fitness is Helguson and does Dj Campbell actually still exist?

Sunderland at home I first thought we were going down.
Sunderland away, I'm sure of it.

Disappointing yet again today. The results at Anfield and The Reebok really rubbed it in. The marking for the opening goal was shocking, Diakite having to be taken off with another yellow card and of course Cisse keeping up his 100% record in five matches (3 goals and 2 red cards). Was thrilled with the win on Wednesday night and still am but let's be honest Liverpool are not even Europa League standard and questions have to be asked about Kenny Dalglish's future at the club. However that's not our problem and we are currently 2/7 to drop to the championship. The Gunners next week and then on to the Theatre of Screams. Four points maybe??????

Dire again. Defence, midfield and attack - dire.

Cisse out until April 21st! What a waste - and on full pay whilst missing 7 games! If he wants to make it up to us then he needs to stay and take the Chmapionship by storm next year and maybe as our Captain?

The table doesnt lie though, no matter how we feel.

On this showing we will be lucky to get another point before season end.

But no point moaning any more, lets just putour trust in TF & MH to make it right over teh summer and to make sure next season is a winning season.

Hopefully we will be back and a much stronger force come August 2013?
