Quinn on Trial at Doncaster Saturday, 23rd Jul 2011 10:28 by TWTD.co.uk Doncaster Rovers assistant manager Richard O’Kelly says former Blues midfielder Alan Quinn is impressing during a trial at the Keepmoat Stadium. TWTD was first to report that Doncaster had renewed their interest in the 32-year-old earlier in the month. O’Kelly said: “Alan Quinn is an experienced player and he does what it says on the tin. He keeps the ball well and understands what he is doing both with and without it.” Quinn, who was released by Town in May having missed the entire 2010/11 season due to a groin injury, played in a friendly at Mansfield on Tuesday.
