In an unexpected twist Yaya Toure has now declared he will be staying at the Etihad. Toure has now come out and distanced himself from departing to the like of Paris Saint-Germain or United.
And Toure's agent Dimitri Seluk, who stoked rumours his client would leave City with a series of explosive interviews, has also confirmed the midfielder will stay put.
Seluk said: "I would like to say Yaya will stay at Manchester City 100 per cent.
While Toure told Sky Sports News "I want to say that I will always honour my contract and don’t think about all the speculation.
"It will be a pleasure to stay and try to enjoy next season.""I'm staying and I'm very happy,"
