Former Daleys released

A number of former Dale players have been released by their clubs at the end of the season.

Jason Kennedy is perhaps the most fortunate as no sooner had he been released by Bradford, had he signed a new two year contract at Carlisle United. He had a successful loan spell with the Cumbrians at the back end of 2014-15.

Other released include:

Peter Cavanagh (Altrincham)

Bobby Grant (Blackpool)

David Perkins (Blackpool)

Mickael Antoine-Curier (Burton)

Joe Thompson (Bury)

Andy Haworth (Cheltenham)

Stephen Bywater (Doncaster)

Graeme Cummins (Exeter)

David Ball (Fleetwood)

Sam Russell (Forest Green)

Gary Madine (Sheffield Wednesday)

Josh Thompson (Tranmere)

Owan Fon Williams (Tranmere)

Ashley Grimes (Walsall)
