Toby Alderweireld's agent is quoted as saying that the player's rumoured move to Tottenham Hotspur is far from a done deal.
There have been many rumours and counter rumours regarding Toby Alderweireld's future although tellingly none come directly from either the player or the clubs involved with Ronald Koeman being virtually the only party involved having made a statement.
However that has changed with the player's agent who is also his Father coming out and saying that his son is no nearer a deal with anyone that he has been in the past few weeks.
Vic Alderweireld said:
"We have a concrete agreement with no one. There are conversations right and left but currently there are no changes from the last few weeks.”
this seems to contradict the rumours that Alderweireld was at Spurs either Yesterday or Today for a medical and it indicates that someone somewhere is conducting an intense PR war to try and push this deal through.
