Former Plymouth striker Jordan Slew has signed a short term deal with the club and he has been named on the bench for tonight's game with Doncaster.
Well in terms of keeping things under the radar, Keith Hill has gone full on stealth with this one, with the signing of Jordan Slew announced about an hour before he is expected to make his debut for the club.
And a quick google suggests that the broken toy card has been played again. Still only 25, it would seem he was on the verge of great things when Blackburn snapped him from Sheffield United back in 2011.
However, it wasn't a move which worked out for him and he's played for a whole host of clubs since then with his footballing CV not a million miles of Calvin Andrews' when he signed for us.
His deal will last until January.
