Dale welcome Oldham to Spotland on Wednesday evening in the first knock out round of the Check A Trade Trophy.
Having won our group for the third year in succession, Dale hit the road to Wembley just three days after undeservedly crashing out the FA Cup against League One League leaders Pompey.
The expected Dale team will be something of a quandary. Keith Hill has gone with the youth throughout this competition, even playing a more youthful side than Leicester's official young side in our last game, but with the Dale youth team playing on Monday evening and going to extra time, it might be a side more experienced than expected.
The rewards for winning each game has gone up again this season. There's £20,000 awaiting the winners of Wednesday's tie which much be finished on the night with penalties following a drawn game at ninety minutes.
Its only the Main Stand which is open for Dale supporters for this game, with entrance being £10 for adults and £5 for those sixteen and under.
Fans are reminded that the game has an earlier kick off time of 7pm.
