The pressure against Paul Jewell is building after several poor performances and Rams fans are wondering if it's best to start over with a new man at the helm or give Jewell more time.
When Jewell joined Derby County during the horrible Premiership campaign started by Billy Davies last year, most were ready to accept that the rest of the season would be an embarrassment no matter who was taking over.
Rams fans were even ready to deal with not going for promotion again this season. What most people was hoping to see was steady progress and signs of a team for the future in the making.
Derby have now gone six games in a row without a league win and except for a good league cup run, the season has been far from good enough.
