Donny have been linked with TK since the beginning of last week, and their manager Sean O'Driscoll has admitted his interest in Kennedy for the first time, but he has admitted that he faces competition from other Championship sides for his signature.
With Donny's left back Gareth Roberts leaving for pastures new, it was inevitable that speculation would increase for TK's signature.
O'Driscoll has been quoted in the local press as saying: "He's a very good footballer and he's obviously got a good family pedigree and I've seen him play a few times and we've also spoken to him and his agent." "I think that there are quite a few clubs showing interest with him being a Bosman - especially the smaller Championship clubs.
"As I say he is a player we are interested in but until the Gareth Roberts situation was sorted out it was difficult to proceed. There are one or two other people that we are looking at." |
