Bradford City will be the visitors to Spotland in the last friendly match before the big League One season kicks off against Hartlepool United.
Peter Taylor's Bantams - regular League Two opponents over the past few years - will head to Spotland on Saturday 31st July in what is likely to be the last game for Dale before the League One campaign begins.
Amongst the Bradford City side will be former Dale favourite Simon Ramsden who recently signed a two year contract at Valley Parade after impressing during his first season at the club.
Bradford will start the League Two season amongst the favourites to win the title, though this has been something of a poisoned chalice for the Yorkshire side over the last few years. The game will therefore represent a fine opportunity for Keith Hill to fine tune his side ahead of the Hartlepool game.
Our last game against Bradford saw the Bantams leave Spotland with a 3-1 victory - their second win of the season at Spotland following a JPT victory earlier in the season.
