Chris Cohen says that Swansea's impressive home record will count for nothing on Monday night

The Nottingham Forest midfielder will see Swansea City put on the line the best home record in the Championship on Monday night with the victors earning a place at Wembley on 30 May.

And Cohen says that home record will mean nothing when the game starts as he told the Evening Post "Their record really goes out of the window — form goes out the window — it really is a one-off game

"We saw a lot of their players almost celebrating at the end of the game after getting a 0-0 so they're obviously pretty confident.

"They'll go into the game as favourites, but as we saw with Blackpool last year, where we went into the game as favourites, it's not always easy.

"A lot of the time it doesn't go with form so we've got to turn up and hopefully be more clinical.

"We know the job we've got to do," he added. "We went there and made lots of mistakes last time.

"We'll have a look at the video to see how they attack.

"They'll look to attack and we'll try to hit them on the counter so there's still all to play for.

"We went there and scored two goals earlier in the season and I'm sure if we go there and do that again, that will be enough on Monday."
