Much has been spoken on social media about ramping up the atmosphere for this evening's play off semi final against West Bromwich Albion, but talk is cheap and actions speak louder, tonight both players and fans need to be as one. Saints host West Bromwich Albion hoping to repeat Leeds's demolition of Norwich City last night, if the fans match the fervour shown by the home fans at Elland Road, then anything is possible. In the past month there has been much debate given to the news that the Northam End will be all Saints fans next season, but before that there is one final home game to come and now is the time to make some noise. Ex Saints player Adam Lallana will leave Brighton at the end of the season, but he does not want to retire from playing just yet, so could a return to St Mary's be on the cards for the man who was once a legend to Southampton supporters. Saints weathered an early storm and then got the settled down to a workmanlike performance to ensure that they don't go into second leg at St Mary's on Friday playing catch up. Most pundits are predicting a Saints V Leeds final at Wembley, but the Baggies will have something to say about that and our two victories over them in the regular season now count for nothing as we travel to the Hawthorns of the semi final first leg. A week ago Saints travelled to Leeds with their supporters lamenting how bad we had been in the previous three games, now after a comprehensive win at Elland Road the tide has turned, the message is simple, More of the same ! After selling out the 2,000 tickets for the away game at The Hawthorns in a matter of hours, Saints fans have also turned out in numbers for the home leg of the Play Off semi finals with only a few tickets available in hospitality left.
