New Squad Numbers Unveiled
Just in time for the new shirt release.
New signing Jack Cork has the number 8 shirt meaning that with the shortest surname and a single digit number he will be the cheapest name to get on the back of your shirt, Jonathan Forte who had it last season moves to 17.
Other changes include Ryan Dickson who departs from 5 to 23, which may or may not signify Saints expect to sign a central defender, Alex Chamberlain who goes from 26 to 11, in place of Guly who goes to 10, and Richard Chaplow who goes from 30 -18. Although it would be a brave man who gets chamberlain on his shirt.
James prowse- Ward and Jack Stephens have also got squad numbers for the first time
The biggest change although no surprise is the ommission of Jason Puncheon who has not been handed a squad number.
Spare numbers are 5, 13, 19, 26,27 and 33 onwards.
