Still the only Nick Cusack signing still remaining at the club after being signed from Blackburn in the summer of 2002. He scored 15 goals in his first season and is remembered for "that hatrick" which kept Swansea in the league against Hull last May.
Last season Thomas hardly ever played due to injuries and not being selected by Flynn. Thommo still has a year left on his contract and hopefully will prove to Jackett and the fans this season that he can score goals when picked.
Fan's Views -
"A decent striker. Has a good all round game but has no attributes that distinguishes him from the next player. Great hat-trick last day of the season though!!"
"Treated shamefully by the man whose job he saved (for a while). Looks to have had the confidence boost he really needed from Jackett. Probably the best natural goal poacher at the club but needs to repay Kenny's faith next season."

Southampton V Stoke City The PreviewSaints go into the last two games of the season with their hopes of automatic promotion ended, even the hope of finishing 3rd is only a point away from being ended, but they do have something to play for and that is getting back the togetherness, character & fight Russell Martin has recently be moaned.
No Togetherness No Character No FightNot my words, but those of Southampton manager Russell Martin, who should ask himself the question why two months ago we had all those attributes and now we don't !
Southampton At Leicester The DebacleThe big question is how can a side that was so tight at the back, so clinical up front and who could pass the ball around almost with their eyes closed, become the disorganised rabble that they were at the Leicester City this evening.
