Saints Now Have Added Expectation
Saints first full house of the season on Saturday comes to see Saints bury Leicester City and this in turn will put pressure on the tem to perform.
It wasn't too long ago when Saints where in the lower divisions that often certain games would attract a larger then normal crowd and sometimes this could have a negative affect on the team who would find that the more casual fan had less patience than those who were attending week in week out.
That situation is going to be replicated to a certain degree this weekend when a couple of thousand or so extra Saints fans will be in the ground than has been the norm his season, some will be among those who deserted during the summer, not renewing season tickets and filled message boards with tales of meltdown.
Now they return and their expectations are going to be high after are great start, that means the crowd must get behind the team from the start and stay with it and not weigh it down win expectation.
The team in turn also have to make sure that as they have done so far this season that they don't take their eye off the ball and get caught by the odd sucker punch.
So all have their jobs to do on Saturday be it players, supporters and indeed Ronald Koeman, we need to keep ourselves grounded, keep doing what has got us to these lofty heights in the first place and keep grinding out wins.
