"We Will Fight For The Title" Pellegrini
Pellegrini believes City have found the form that won them the title last season and any early season struggles they endured are behind them now. He went on to send out a warning to City's rivals that Aguero is still improving.
Speaking to the Manchester Evening News he said"I think we are returning to the performances we had last season. I think if we continue playing this way of course we will fight for the title, but I think three or four other teams will also be there."
Aguero took his tally to 19 goals in all competitions with his brace last night at the Stadium Of Light and Pellegrini believes there is plenty more to come"I am very happy for Kun because he is working hard. I always say he is too young. He is only 26 years old and I think he can improve every day.
"He wants to do it and at this moment, it is difficult for defences to stop him. He is playing a very high performance but there are so many years left for him to strengthen.
"Before he started scoring in these games in a row, I thought he was in the top five players in the world. I am very happy for him because he's playing well as well as scoring."
