I, like many, have been critical of Ralph's tactical limitations. This piece in The Echo, recalls that it took him 40mins to respond against Chelsea last year (and see many other games), but that yesterday's change was much quicker and immediately effective.

It was very noticeable that we were able to stop the initial Arsenal onslaught.

Good to read that perhaps things are improving tactically.
