Oozing respect. Koeman was such a powerful leader, who was.so respected, experienced and successful as a player and manager, he could give players home truths in public with such passion and power. He played for Barcelona, his country managed the top clubs in the world, you had to listen to him. When talking about experience and respect, this is what I mean.
