I personally think that Smith is that man.....his goals / games stats this season suggest that he is pretty clinical when he's on the pitch!

By my reckoning (and I'm prepared to stand corrected)......only Burger and Pettit are to register in the league this season (I know that there are other outfield players but with minimal / no appearances). Just goes to show how many different players are contributing to the goals tally!

Ok.....let's possibly look at this another way......a forward who has a different skill set to those rhat we already have.....think Stones (York) who bullied EEL into making x2 mistakes which resulted in x2 goals conceded. You don't have to be an absolute thug to bully opponents......just a more 'physical' player with a bit of presence.!

I'm not saying that Quigley suits our style of play. I'm thinking more about his personality. In my eyes, Jim is still a coach and not a real manager as of yet. Players with different personalities need to be managed. I don't want us winning the best behaved trophy for the 15th consecutive year with solely a bunch of choir boys who wouldnt say boo to a goose. I want us to win promotion. Taylor could surely sort a couple of bad apples out?
