Is our tussle with York mirroring the battle between Arsenal and City ?

City and York both have the momentum whilst Arsenal and Dale have both had a couple of draws recently.

Arsenal have a local derby coming up whilst Dale have a short trip to Halifax next week.

At least Dale are still playing well..Arsenal were dreadful for a lot of the game last night.

Dale and Arsenal still have the advantage..just a question of nerve now

For such a young fella he has been exceptional for us…easily capable of playing at a higher level.

We have been very lucky to have him this season gives the back four massive confidence.

Let’s hope he can help us to that title

We lack a cutting edge upfront ..some of the corners are poor ..the last 3 straight into the keepers hands.

FGR well beaten today.

The first goal they gave away was similar to Dales goals where they are caught in possession…the third goal was an exceptional individual finish.

Never used twitter..simply attracts the hard of thinking venting their spleen at every opportunity.


Rise above it..it wasn’t a bad result…not the best of course but a defeat would have been a truly bad result.

Our expectations have been set high due the phenomenal progress we have made..I for one expected us to make top half at the beginning of the season…I’m very impressed at where we are..and it’s still in our hands

It does seem odd.

Thankfully we’ve not seen any opposition target our keeper physically to force a change.

Back in the 70s there was only 1 sub allowed..it was never a keeper..I seem to recall Niall Quinn going in goals for City.

Stepney the United keeper took the penalties..Burridge the keeper at West Ham I think sat on the crossbar during one game as he was bored….an odd bunch the Keepers!!!

My choice would be EEL to put the gloves on

A very even game..they prob feel they deserved a draw...very possibly

Two slips in defence by FGR opened up our opportunities well taken both times.

From back to front Dale look assured at all times on the ball all players happy to receive in tight situations always providing an outlet for team mates.

Just hope theres no reduction in focus when playing teams further down the table

Only saw the highlights...looked like an attritional battle with few goal mouth incidents

Glad to hear there was no obvious anxiety on or off the pitch.

Good performance by Dale…but all our goals should have been stopped..some awful defending.


Boreham Wood have 2 or 3 decent players and should make the play offs
