Im surprised the minutes from the last CAB meeting have not been posted on the club website, but catering was discussed for next season: Catering. Egg Soldiers is a food & drink consultancy that has been invited in to work with the club with regards the food & drink offering. A number of recommendations have been made and a follow up meeting is to be held on Friday 23 rd January. Discussions have been held with our current catering partner – Scratch Catering – with a view to some form of joint venture going forward. The plans discussed so far will involve significant investment in food & drink outlets and support facilities, as it is recognised that the infrastructure is currently poor, and not just for matchday experience but for revenue generation outside of matchdays. A wider consultation of the fanbase is planned to discuss the food offering, such as a Hero pie in recognition of our history in award winning pies. A significant sum is spent annually in providing food for players, and this supply forms part of this consultancy. - Fans Forum. Thursday 12 th February at the Ratcliffe. 6:30pm for 7:00 start. Doesn't address the current pie pricing, nor was CAB made aware in advance of this change. |

Maybe its not about the numbers available when allocation is mentioned? Maybe Carlisle wouldn't sell many more in any case. I remember the Sunderland debacle only too well, although granted its different circumstances. Anyway, it would appear the club is putting our fans first. |

Spoke to the club about this decision today. The decision was taken at the time of the reverse fixture and reciprocates Carlisle's decision on their allocation to Dale fans.for that game. Hope this helps clarify the situation. |

In all honesty no one has been able to accurately state what has gone wrong, but to say we seem to have done nothing about the pitch is not true. The Boston issue was very bad, not too dissimilar to the numerous postponements when we went to Wycombe a number of times. Altrincham called the game off about 10 minutes before kick off yesterday. What we do know is that shareholders rallied to reshape the board in response to concerns about how the club was being run since the 10 year warranty claim, a not insignificant amount was spend on the central circle area last year with advice that the club should last this year, plans were in place to replace the club this year but the pitch deteriorated far worse and far quicker than expected so a long-term plan to replace the pitch with the support of the league and clubs affected is going ahead, with contingency in place should the pitch not be ready for 24th January. |
