I’m sure I read somewhere saints have sold more season tickets this season than last season . I thought I read it was around 24 k

You can’t buy a membership if you haven’t had a saints account before May 11 th. Leeds fans will not be able to get tickets in saints end. Why is there always people who like to spout bollix and scaremongering before reading the facts.

This isn’t aimed at you Salisbury . Whenever there’s a big game coming up you always see these things. Some people are worried there will be no tickets left tomorrow. How ridiculous is that?

We have 36,000 tickets and around 24,000 season ticket holders so that leaves around 12,000 left ?

Why do people make uo such nonsense? 🤷‍♂️

No way does Bazunu get to that second save from the header which was great quick thinking and great positioning by Mccarthy who also looked very confident when handling the ball. McCarthy has taken a lot of stick in the past but he was good today.

I know about 3/4 people who have only attended 2/3 away games and they buy every away ticket with no intention of going and they just sell their tickets to others to boost their credits for these type of games.

Not moaning just an observation.

1. A very relaxing journey all the way up Friday afternoon via King’s Cross seat reserved but trains weren’t busy

Went to weatherspoons in Leeds at 9 am for breakfast and beers on the Saturday loads of Leeds Neanderthals in there but keep your head down no problems. I saw a load of people in fancy dress walking outside not sure if they were saints fans but I was praying they wouldn’t come in and embarrass themselves and they didn’t thank god.

2.Easy getting Ubers around Leeds they are there within minutes after order.


3.Drinks in fanzone before game saw a few i knew there.


4Slightly annoying that no designated pub for away fans I guess the police don’t wast the hassle with the Leeds reputation.


5.The ground is miles from train station ffs

6. I thought our support was good. Loud and proud.

It will be a mixture of first team and reserves. Leeds will be well up for it in case Ipswich slip up.

My brother got attacked outside the Milton road end by hordes of United fans before the game.

His ticket fell on the floor and the coppers arrested a few United and he managed to get his ticket back but he spent the night watching the game with a fat lip .

I once got chased by an angry BCR mob outside the polygon hotel in Soton, there were thousands of them outside cos the band were staying there and they didn’t like me taking the mick

I remember United fans attacking saints fans before the game and nicking scarves they, had a bad reputation in those days

I remember having a beer in the winning post on the way up. My first ever pint as a 15 year old .

All the banners and scarves hanging from the motorway bridges on our return .


I went to a party that night when I got home and I remember I couldn’t wait to get back for Match of the day just to take it all in again.

Yep I was there with a halo cut out from the sun on my head , a silk scarf round my wrist, baggy trousers with pockets at the sides and Dr Marten boots ffs .


Great day.

When Stokes scored I wept ffs . A very emotional day .
