Fernandez Returns To Barcelona
Fernandez Gone..... |
Trialist Josue Fernandez has returned to Spain after a less than convincing performance last night in Swansea reserves 3-2 defeat by Bristol City.Martinez told Real Radio: "Josue is more of a long-term target.'' "He is only 20 and it is important he gets a taste of British football "Because of the relationship we've got with Barcelona, our aim will be to keep monitoring his progress. He's got a fantastic left foot, and is someone who can give you that distribution on the left hand side. "He gets forward and can give you that final pass in the last third. He is physical and able to get up and down the left side, he needs to get stronger and improve defensively." It promises to be a busy week at the Liberty Stadium as up to 3 new faces could arrive.
