Swans Draw Reading In Carabao Cup
The Swans have drawn Reading at the Madejski Stadium in the next round of he Carabao Cup after the third round draw was made in the early hours of this morning in Beijing.
Tuesday night's 4-1 win over MK Dons saw us progress to this stage of the competition whilst our Championship opponents came through after extra time with a 3-1 win over Millwall.
It will be the first meeting between the two sides since the 2012/13 season when both Premier League games ended in a draw and of course a repeat of the Championship play off final of 2011 which we won 4-2.
The two sides met in the competition back in 2007 when Leroy Lita - who went onto play for the Swans - scored the extra time winner to send Reading through at the Liberty.

Swansea City : The confusing decision making for a whole season It was a pretty poor end to what can only be described as a disappointing football season for Swansea City. The defeat to Millwall yesterday was a display that has frustrated Swansea City supporters all season. A lack of effort, intensity and desire rewarding the home support with yet another home loss.
Swansea City : Grimes misses a penalty in a return to bad old ways An error strewn and tepid Swansea display ensured thousands left the stadium before the staff and players did their usual walk around at this end of season game. It wasn’t a good look as two players received red cards and any effort by the home side was lost in a static and frustrating display.
Gwyn’s Eye View : Swansea City v MillwallGlyn is back with his favourite stats as we build up to the last game of the season. That comes in the form of Millwall who it seems are close to selling their requested 1,148 allocation, so its down to the Jack Army to do their bit this bank holiday weekend.
