Duff sacked : Is the pressure telling all round ?
Alan Sheehan will take temporary charge of Swansea City at this Saturdays game at Rotherham United.
Swansea City have announced head coach, Michael Duff’s departure which to many was a shock late this evening. Certain social media accounts will tell you all sorts, especially when it comes to ‘what won’t happen’ and we most certainly hope it isn’t Nathan Jones. Choose your words carefully folks, there’s some real idiots out there, starting arguments and then becoming all innocent.
Always here, always available.
It’s clear that the pressure has been on Chairman Andrew Coleman, and he definitely needed to pull the plug on Duff, to at least ease the pressure. Coleman : "I understand how important it is to reconnect the leadership of Swansea City Football Club with its supporters. That is one of the primary reasons why I moved here with my family this summer”
Well, reconnecting by saying things like that is a start of possibly regaining some confidence in the fan base. And some will buy that statement, You can only judge a man on his words and then his deeds, so far it hasn’t been good to say the least.
We hope the club have their man, as well as the right staff to move ‘Andy’s project’ forwards. Because this hasn’t been a good reflection on his business acumen so far, not one bit.
More in what we can deduce from conversations tomorrow, but this topic will most certainly over take anything else of note over the next week.
More tomorrow folks. And thanks for your continued support.

Swansea City : Jesurun Rak-Sakyi update and Josh Key back up named You won’t get anything of note from a football club during any transfer window unless it comes with a caveat that it is in their interest for certain things to be mentioned, proposed or even disregarded as a result of information given. Swansea City have a very tight unit of those who have access to information and any leak is easily traced.

Swans scrap it out to beat the Baggies There were some worried looks when Swansea head coach, Vitor Matos announced his starting eleven against West Bromwich Albion, not least the fact he had no striker in the team.
