Do we really want Robert Pires?

Speculation suggests that we are one of a few clubs interested in signing him. A significant thing for me is that also on that list of clubs is Leicester (whom Pires has declared an interest in joining). Do we really need another 37 year old who is way past his best?

Reading other forums, it seems that a lot of West Ham fans would actually take him!?! What do you guys think?
