I'm getting Guly vibes.

And he became a bit of a cult hero.

So long as he gives his absolute all, rather than that lazy arse Downs, then we may get something out of him.

No, me neither.

But then Spors is so much cleverer than all of us.

Jokers.

Adam Armstrong off to Wolves for ÂŁ7 million then....

Have to say, when you think that is what Damion Bloody Downs cost, it looks a bum deal to put it mildly.

Dread to think what replacement Spors has lined up.

Have a very bad feeling about this.

Skates fans lobbing coins yet again

Cowardly coonts.

It is time the League got serious with this issue and started giving out big points deductions for this scum behaviour.

They get away with it time after time.

One of our lot said they did it last Sunday when they scored, just so that they wouldn’t be seen.

So what do we think about Peretz?

Possibly the most nuts keeper we have had since Boruc.

Jury still out for me, I think.

Watford change manager yet again….

They make us look like a model of stability.

I thought Gracia was doing well there as well.

Hopefully they don’t benefit from this next Saturday.

We have more chance of going up now than next season
at 07:50 1 Feb 2026

I still maintain the title of this thread stands.

I don’t care if Hull have beaten us twice this season.

We were useless both times.

If we were to play them at Wembley, I would expect us to beat them.

4 at the back
at 23:36 31 Jan 2026

It was bonkers to let Bree go to Charlton.

We then spunked ÂŁ5 million on Roerslev, who is utter shite. That money could have gone towards a decent striker.

We could have played 4 at the back if we hadn’t let Bree go.

Still, not too late to save the season.

6th place is anybody’s.

We’ll bail them out by buying another of their players.

And then loaning him out to Goztepe.

And never seeing him play for Saints.

Wouldn't we have needed to have recalled Brereton earlier in January, as we did with Bree?

The best ever start by any Saints manager

It took him far too long to realise a back 5 wasn’t working for us.

But credit where it’s due; he has got us looking good again.

Brereton Diaz scores again for Derby.

I do agree, BUT

How are the likes of Bournemouth any different?

Any good player there is sold.

It’s just that the £’s involved are rather larger.

Doesn’t seem to stop their players giving it their all.

I believe it stems from the manager and how good a man-manager he is.

Southampton Put In Bid For Defender But Is He What They Need
at 13:35 30 Jan 2026

I would suggest a Kieffer Moore hat-trick against Coventry this season trumps anything any of our strikers have done this season.

We only looked like scoring against 10 men against them, and even then it took one of our CB's to score.

Have you ever actually watched him play, Nick?

He is exactly what we need, and have needed for 3 years.

Attendances In Europe Last Night

As you know, their Champions League games have a very high majority of locals watching them, who often don't get the chance to see Prem games, where the tourists take over.

City fans always boo the Champions League anthem at the start of games; they despise UEFA.

I think Liverpool tend to get more locals in for European games, whereas tourists snap up the tickets for their Prem games.

All I know is it must be bloody expensive to regularly support a really successful team.

It costs a fortune to follow Saints, and we’re shite.
