You going to be avoiding at all costs or embracing a night of euro bonkers TV. My girls love it, probably down to me getting the sweepstake and scorecards going from a young age π
The scoring has gone to another level and far to confusing, not to mention political.
Anyone else tuning in on Saturday night, I seem to remember we get a small bit of interest on here.
Really nice to see him walking round the pitch with the QPR players at the end clapping the QPR fans. Obviously the club still means a lot to him and he did not deserve any booing.
My number one bucket list dream is to follow QPR away in one of the three European club competitions. I was too young in the 70s and early 80s and had to make do with trips to Highbury. Then the Scousers ruined my dreams further getting English clubs banned. Managed to get to the Ibiza cup final but away travel in Europe now seem an evermore distant dream.
European bodies are looking at the ECO footprint of 1000 games a season with an average travelling distance of 1000 miles. A ban on away travel is a real possibility and the format of the competitions is being discussed. Next seasons CL format is expanding and creating a bigger ECO issue.
Could this be the writing on the wall of the European midweek jolly up?
Probably safe for a few more seasons but could we be looking at the US NFL model where away travel is not really a thing?

In the Dykes interview he keeps mentioning the new Premier league training facilities. It got me thinking on how much of a difference it will make in signing new players and extending contracts.
I think in a few seasons we will be able to hopefully see the benefits of the Heston effect in player recruitment. Must make a big difference to know this will be your place of work when looking at a 3yr deal at QPR and a real differentiater when comparing other clubs. Where we can't compete on wages we need to attract players in other ways and show casing Heston.
How many on here have factored in the office facilities such as gym, canteen and location when applying for new jobs.
I think I have seen enough positives from Chris Martin to hope for 1yr deal in the summer. Another year of working with both Dykes and Armstrong would benefit both and I don't see any negatives. He has kept himself in reasonable shape and doesn't seem to struggle injury wise. Probably not going to excite the football purists but I think we are all expecting a tough season next year.
What countries flag was being held up in left handside of the lower loft after they scored their 3rd goal. The fans around the young lad were pretty irate and he had to leave his seat for his safety.
I bought into the perception of Ainsworth not fitting the current clubs football ethos and identity. Loved the idea of money ball statistical signings and managers with PowerPoint presentations with Premiership coaching pedigrees.
Jesus wept how we need a bit of 'Wild thing' now. Wycombe won tonight and are looking good for the play offs. He would be my only choice right now.
