I did! Had a lower loft with daughter but she now works and has lost interest. I picked my seat in Mu in the upper loft but that member thing kept coming up. I rung the box office in the end and they said there was a problem which they were trying to rectify. Took 2 mins to do it on the phone and they may move me forward after end of month.

you can't renew in the Loft on the website, family stand and upper loft both come up with errors so you have to ring or go down there.

i had this problem a couple of weeks ago.

Phone the box office & it will go through smoothly.

We can't expect out club to get everything right!

I also had this problem for a few days. It then worked ok. I think the trick is to click on the "i" icon to read the message before you try to add to basket.Once the error comes up you are stuffed until you logoff.

I had no problem but my Bro-in-Law has the same problem across two laptops.

Any suggestions (apart from call the box office)?

Ringing the box office is the only way. I did it, spoke to a female, very efficient, confirmed the seat, paid on credit card... Job done. Took 5 mins max

how did you manage it?

I did it online for PU but got the same error when using the link sent out by email for renewing. However, take the longer route via the Offish Main page, Online Box Office, Signed in and it let me renew without the red members message appearing.

That said, I still had to ring the Box Office as there was no option for Automatic Home Cup tickets ! But they added that and thus confirmed my renewals had been processed.

I tried the lap top, pad and phone but to no avail, so ended up ringing the box office. After 5 minutes of being told info I didn't want to know and was being charged for, I got though renewed and thought I would advise of the problem, only to be told there was no problem.
