Do they still run the boat trains from Waterloo to Southampton to coincide with the big cruise ships leaving? if they do, that rolling stock was always stabled near Clapham Junction, surely they could press them into service for the day. Added bonus would be it would not disrupt the service patterns of any of the regular timetabled rolling stock. Not sure if the boat trains still exist, but if they do, surely they can find a handful of drivers and guards? They can even park up back at Clapham between drop off at Waterloo and pick up after the game. |  |

There are now 3 extra trains by the looks of things, 0850, 0950 and 1050 to Waterloo
That’s in addition to the usual 7.55, 8.26, 8.55, 9.25, 9.55, 10.25
